Aasheesh heads ISG’s India Consulting Practice and brings extensive experience gained from delivering many consulting projects involving sourcing strategy (including captives), deal structuring and sourcing management. He has 25 years of experience in IT applications management and infrastructure operations, across sourcing, business development and service delivery. He has served clients in Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Retail, Consumer Goods and Energy verticals. His international experience includes Americas, Europe and Middle East.
Aasheesh has substantial experience in the areas of digital strategy, operating model design, transaction, assessments and governance. He worked closely with several CIO’s and senior executives and continuously guided them through the various digital transformation and IT sourcing advisory engagements. Aasheesh has led transactions of more than $15billion over the last two decades.
He has worked on 50+ deals in digital, IT & sourcing strategies, transaction execution in APAC, Europe & North America. He has advised a global conglomerate on their multiyear Cloud program involving all continents. He has worked closely with CIO of a global steel manufacturer in Europe to help them conclude a sourcing strategy, transaction, and transition. He has worked with multiple global financial services institutions in the US, Europe & APAC, helping them with their transformation journey including operating model design, transformation execution and sourcing transactions.
Aasheesh holds an MBA and Bachelor of Technology from leading institutes in India. He was a gold medalist in his graduate degree program. He also holds CISA certification.
