He offers ISG clients and internal teams a well-researched and data backed view of provider ecosystem with a goal to set-up both enterprises and service providers to succeed. He engages with senior executives, investor community, and sourcing decision makers about technology market trends, industry nuances, emerging tech, sourcing, and GTM opportunities. His collaboration with service providers is focused on Sales Enablement, Influencer Impact and Communication Strategy. As part of ISG Sourcing Advisory practice, Sashidharan is responsible for enabling Sourcing teams with Service Provider insights fitting the unique enterprise sourcing situations. He contributes to the development of ISG Digital platforms including ISG Tango, ISG Index, and weekly Index Insider.
Sashidharan has successfully delivered broad range of ISG offerings to his enterprise clients across procurement lifecycle, service providers with go-to market approaches, sales strategies, prospect intelligence, competitive intelligence, sourcing capability insights and meaningful thought leadership and helps them understand opportunities in the market. At ISG, he has worked across multiple industries, enabling clients’ procurement and sourcing teams to improve their market awareness, pricing, and provider perception. He continues to closely work with service providers, strengthening their influencer relations practice and boosting their market and sales opportunities.

Sashidharan is Electronics and Communications Engineer, graduated from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai; and Post-Graduate in Global Business Strategy and Analysis from Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester, UK. He is also a certified ISG Digital and AI Expert with advanced credential in Data and AI Practice.
